If you are a proven top performer with experience of driving new business growth in poultry/swine feed sectors across the MEA region and believe you can appoint and drive key channel partners to accelerate our growth in the region, this may be just the role for you.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create joint sales plans with all channel partners optimizing customer retention and growth in share. Improve profitability of partners and revenue through utilization of Anitox full value proposition and product line.
  • Work with partners to maximize opportunities within existing customers and target and achieve market share gains.
  • Provide guidance and direction to your agents/distributors to ensure robust and sustainable sales pipelines. Work with their sales & marketing teams to have full visibility and help drive new opportunities.
  • Drawing on Anitox support functions, create repeatable training programs for partners to drive product and service knowledge, best practice sales process, competitive awareness to enable partners to promote Anitox’s leading position in the market.
  • Fully embrace utilization of the Anitox Salesforce.com (SFDC) implementation to ensure full visibility into all activities. Drive sales and pipeline forecasts through SFDC and drive partner utilization. Working with Anitox support functions, drive dashboards and reports in SFDC to reflect the region’s activities, opportunities, and competition.
  • Actively manage cash flow by driving partners to adhere to payment terms in accordance with agreements. Make recommendations to Anitox on changes to terms and credit limits as business growth warrants.
  • Ensure all distributors/agents are in full compliance with up-to-date agreements, ensuring full protection of Anitox IP.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years proven sales experience.
  • Excellent market knowledge of the animal feed and poultry/swine industry in the MEA region.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak Arabic and English. Additional European languages would be an advantage.
  • Communicates effectively both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Experience of appointing and driving Channel partners to maximize revenue potential in the MEA region.

Travel:

This position requires travel up to 50%, with frequent nights away from home.
